Drunken Shrimp Tacos

This by far one of my favorite shrimp dishes. It is seriously scrumpious!!



1. Peel the shrimp if needed. I am using 1 pound of shrimp. 


2. What you will need: 1 beer( your preference), baking powder, flour, salt, and mustard. 


3. In a large bowl add mustard basically just to fill and cover the bottom of the bowl. (I'm really not doing measurements, just by the eye lol)


4. Add the beer in gradually. Add more as you feel is needed to soften up the flour. Also, add half a teaspoon of baking soda. 



5. You can use a wisk to thin it out.

6. Add the shrimp to the bowl and mix it in. 

7. Add oil to a frying pan and one by one put the shrimp in once the oil is hot and ready to fry. Let them get golden brown and flip to fry the other side evenly. 

8. I always set kitchen napkins at the bottom so oil can drain a bit. 

9. As the shrimp were frying i chopped up some tomatoes, fresh cilantro and cabbage (thin).

10. Warm up as many tortillas as you plan to eat and begin serving shrimp along with the ingredients you would like to add. 

11. Enjoy!! You can also add some salsa if you want it to have a kick!
